RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At Elapse, your satisfaction is important to us. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
Eligibility for Refund or Replacement
We offer refunds and replacements only if the product you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect. We do not offer refunds or replacements simply because you changed your mind or did not like the product after purchase.
Unboxing Video Requirement
To be eligible for a return or refund claim, you must record a clear, uninterrupted video of your parcel unboxing at the time of delivery. Claims submitted without an unboxing video will not be accepted under any circumstances.
Return Process
If your product qualifies for a return, you must courier the parcel back to us at your earliest. Once the parcel arrives at our address, we will verify your claim within 1 to 2 business days.
Refund & Replacement
Upon successful verification, you may choose either a full refund or a replacement product. Refunds will be processed within 24 hours of claim approval. No amount will be deducted, you will receive the full amount paid.
